What WorthRide is

WorthRide is an online marketplace and information service for used vehicles. We advertise vehicles offered for sale by licensed partner dealerships and connect interested buyers to those dealerships.

What WorthRide is not

• We are not a motor vehicle dealer and do not sell, own, or take title to vehicles.
• We are not an auto broker and do not negotiate the price or terms of a sale on your behalf.
• We are not a lender, loan broker, or credit services organization.
• We are not an insurance producer, agent, or broker, and are not licensed to sell or solicit insurance.
• We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice.

Some features described on this site as "coming soon" would require licenses or agreements we do not yet hold. Those features are not offered today and are labelled accordingly. We will not provide a regulated service until we are authorized to do so in your state.

How we make money

Partner dealerships pay WorthRide a flat referral fee when we connect them to a buyer. The fee is the same regardless of the vehicle's price or whether a sale closes on any particular terms, so we have no financial incentive to steer you toward a more expensive car or a particular dealer. Searching, comparing, and contacting dealerships is free for buyers.

Buyer thank-you gift

As a personal thank-you, separate from WorthRide as a business, the site's builder sends $50 out of his own pocket to buyers who found their dealer through WorthRide, once their purchase closes and his referral fee from the dealer has actually been paid. This is a discretionary personal gift, not a term of your sale, a price adjustment, a rebate from the dealer, or a contractual obligation of WorthRide. It does not change the vehicle's price, down payment, or financing terms in any way, and it has no effect on your purchase if it is delayed or does not happen. Affiliate links

Some links on this site, particularly in the shop, are affiliate links. If you buy through them, the retailer may pay WorthRide a commission at no additional cost to you. A commission never changes the price you pay and never determines the order in which products or vehicles are shown. This disclosure is provided in line with the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and affiliate relationships.

Prices and availability

Every price shown is set by the selling dealership. WorthRide does not add a markup. Prices, availability, and vehicle details come from dealership feeds and can change or become out of date between updates. Confirm the current price, fees, and availability with the dealership before relying on any listing.

Down payments and estimates

The dollar figure on a listing is a drive-out down payment for the dealer's in-house financing, not the full retail price. WorthRide does not publish value ratings or claim any car is priced below market. Insurance and financing figures on this site are rough educational estimates for budgeting only. They are not quotes, not offers, and not binding. Always get a real quote from the dealer or a licensed provider.

Third-party names and marks

Company and product names on this site are used to identify their services and belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
